2009 Regular Rates

Unhosted weekend from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening--$950.00 (8 people maximum or contact me) plus tax. This works out to $118.75 per person plus tax for a group of 8.
A limited seleciton of snacks and drinks are provided.

Hosted weekend (includes dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday, and brunch Sunday, all drinks and snacks, chocolate fondue fountain on Saturday evening, goodie bags, door prizes)--$1,800.00 (8 people maximum or contact me) plus tax. This works out to $225.00 per person plus tax for a group of 8.

Policies

Deposits:

A $200.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation.  I will hold your weekend tentative for you on the scheudule for 7 days ONLY.  After that, without a deposit, I will release the weekend.  I accept paypal, checks, or money orders as forms of payment.

Cancellations:

If you cancel your reservation:

60 or more days before your retreat date—you will receive a full refund

30-60 days before your retreat date—your deposit is forfeited

0-30 days before your retreat date—your deposit is forfeited and if your payment is made in full, the money will not be refunded, but applied to a future retreat

Payments:

It is preferred that payments come from the "organizer" of the group, versus each person sending in a payment to me.

Your balance is due 30 days prior to your retreat date.

Discounts:

Guests who have stayed for a complete weekend retreat (hosted or unhosted) receive a 10% discount when they return for a complete weekend retreat (hosted or unhosted).

Returned Checks:

There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

$1050.00 for an unhosted weekend up to 10 people, from Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.  A limited selection of snacks and drinks are provided.

$1800.00 for a hosted weekend up to 8 people.  $50.00 each additional person up to 10.  Includes dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday, brunch Sunday, drinks, snacks, chocolate fountain Saturday night, goodie bags, and prizes.
