Policies

Deposits:

A $200.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation.  I will hold your weekend tentative for you on the schedule for 7 days ONLY.  After that, without a deposit, I will release the weekend.  I accept paypal, checks, or money orders as forms of payment.

Cancellations:

If you cancel your reservation:

60 or more days before your retreat date—you will receive a full refund

30-60 days before your retreat date—your deposit is forfeited

0-30 days before your retreat date—your deposit is forfeited and if your payment is made in full, the money will not be refunded, but applied to a future retreat

Payments:

It is preferred that payments come from the "organizer" of the group, versus each person sending in a payment to me.

Your balance is due 30 days prior to your retreat date.

Discounts:

Guests who have stayed for a complete group weekend retreat (hosted or unhosted) receive a 5% discount when they return for a complete weekend retreat (hosted or unhosted).

Returned Checks:

There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

Thursday night stay:

Please note that you can add a Thursday night to your stay for $30.00 per person plus tax.  These reservations MUST be made at least a week in advance. 

2012 Regular Rates

Check in time is 3 p.m. Friday, check out time is 3 p.m. Sunday.

Return guest discount is 5%.
